Oli currently works with players at Birmingham City FC, helping them build the physical qualities needed to perform at their peak on matchday. Holding a Master’s degree in Sports Science, UKSCA accreditation, and extensive experience across professional clubs and private performance gyms, Oli has supported everyone from academy athletes to business professionals, all united by the goal of improving their physical performance.
His coaching philosophy is built on evidence-based programming, performance technology, and real-world results.
