Owen draws on a lifetime in elite sport, having played in professional football academies before turning his focus to coaching and personal training. With a Diploma in Sporting Excellence and a holistic understanding of physical and mental wellbeing, Owen specialises in building sustainable fitness habits tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

Brett has worked hands-on with players from grassroots to Premier League academies, including rehabilitation support, bespoke strength and conditioning, and long-term development plans.
