Looking for a fast-paced, high-energy workout that delivers results? Our Circuit Training sessions at Ascension combine the best of cardiovascular and strength training into a single, effective workout. You’ll move through a series of exercises with minimal rest, designed to challenge your body, boost endurance, and build strength.
Each session is expertly structured to keep you progressing — with circuits repeated multiple times, adapting work-to-rest ratios to push performance and improve conditioning.

Summer Holiday Strength & Power Sessions
For Ages 13–16 | Maximum 6 Athletes per Group
Take your performance to the next level with expert-led training designed to help young athletes unlock explosive power and refine their athletic skills. Whether you play on the pitch, court, or track—this is your chance to train like the pros.
